Fear of the unknown is perhaps the prevailing feeling in the world these days, people living under the ravages of war, people living in fear of a renewed epidemic, and the vast majority have their permanent and fundamental fears, regardless of the economic or political situation.

There are six basic fears, some of which every person suffers from at one time or another in his life, and very few people do not suffer from any of these fears. Personally, I have met two in my entire life who do not suffer from any of these six fears, and those fears are the fear of poverty, Fear of criticism, fear of disease, fear of losing someone's love, fear of old age (impotence) and finally fear of death.

Of course, there are other fears, such as the fear of failure or the fear of failure at work, etc., but all other fears are of secondary importance, and can be classified under the six basic fears formulated by Napoleon Hill in his most famous book, Think and Grow Rich.

Fear is only a state of mind that we live in, but the state of mind is subject to the control of the individual and can be directed and overcome, meaning that a person can actually learn to overcome his fears of any kind, meaning that the mind can be trained not to be afraid or at least to control it, and then get used to it. Hence, complete self-control, and even if what we fear happens, dealing is done in a practical and smooth manner. For example, it seems that doctors are less likely to attack the disease than other ordinary people, because doctors do not fear disease as much as non-doctors fear, to the extent that they communicate physically. Every day with hundreds of people who were suffering from infectious diseases such as smallpox without becoming infected.

They also deal with the disease in a very practical way.

Every person has the ability to fully control his mind, and through this control a person can easily make decisions and control feelings such as love, tolerance, and non-emotion.

God Almighty granted man absolute control over his thought and his decisions, and as long as a person can imagine something in his mind, he has the ability to achieve that thing, such as hundreds of thousands of success stories in which people imagine that they are in a certain position or have achieved success in one of the fields. They have already achieved it. We have Nelson Mandela, who overcame his fear of colonialism and succeeded in uniting South Africa and ridding it of racial discrimination. We have Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and others.

Several years ago I read a study that stated that only 6% of human fears happen and therefore 94% of the things we fear never happen.

It is important to remain optimistic, coupled with hard and diligent work without wasting time on things that do not benefit, and it is important to distance ourselves from negative, “toxic” people who only pessimism and depression come from behind them.

Finally, we must remember what the Almighty God said:

[Satan promises you poverty and commands you to indecency. And God promises you forgiveness from Him and grace. And God is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing] - 268.
