  At the scene of the incident, the man climbed to the farthest end of the tower crane on the top floor of the 33rd floor, about 120 meters from the ground. The man became emotional after drinking and was teetering on the tower crane. The situation was very urgent.

  The fire commander quickly formulated a plan to launch a high-altitude rescue. A group of rescuers and on-site police officers calmed and stabilized the emotions of the trapped people; a group of rescuers wore protective equipment for high-altitude rescue and quickly built a rope rescue system with the tower as an anchor point.

  As the man was trapped in the front section of the tower crane, there was a risk of falling to his death at any time. The fire rescue personnel became "Spiderman" and used the high-altitude rope rescue technology to establish multiple fulcrums along the steel structure tower. They used portable safety belts and rescue ropes to The trapped man was protected and carefully transferred to the roof platform.

  After nearly two hours of unremitting efforts by on-site rescuers, the trapped man was successfully rescued to a safe area on the ground.
