However, if after antipyretic treatment, the body temperature still does not drop, the high temperature does not drop, or the fetal movement is not good, abdominal pain and bleeding, or vaginal discharge occurs, these general conditions or obstetric conditions may cause serious problems. In these special cases, we still have to come to the hospital for treatment in time, at least not to delay the diagnosis and treatment of our basic diseases.

For the situation of the new crown, in fact, we are currently using acetaminophen, the antipyretic drug, which is the safest, so it is safe to use throughout the entire pregnancy, including early pregnancy, second pregnancy, and late pregnancy. During pregnancy, if a fever occurs, the preferred antipyretic drug is acetaminophen.
There are also some other medicines, such as ibuprofen, which is recommended by us (the public), and it is actually unsafe for pregnant women, especially in the first trimester, while indomethacin is used in the third trimester, especially in the third trimester. After 32 weeks of pregnancy, it may cause premature closure of the fetal ductus arteriosus and is not suitable for application.
In addition, symptoms such as coughing are more common.
When taking medication for cough, for example, when there is phlegm, when a pregnant woman has a cough, we do not recommend directly suppressing the cough for her, and using strong cough medicine to prevent her from coughing. It is not recommended for pregnant women. We It is to let her reduce the phlegm and expel the phlegm, and she will stop coughing without the stimulation of phlegm, so we can still use the medicine.
From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the medicine for reducing phlegm, such as fresh bamboo leek, such as Milian Chuanbei Pipa Gao, can be applied.
In addition to this, some traditional Chinese medicine preparations such as Pudilan and Lanqin Oral Liquid can be used.
