Even though more than ten years have passed, Christian has not forgotten the moment when everything changed for him.

"That day, as for several weeks, I was in my bubble: I did not answer letters, I no longer picked up the phone ... I did not know it but I was in total burnout, says t -he.

I just took a jacket.

I left everything in the apartment.

Volunteer to enjoy a hot meal

“I lived 5 minutes from the premises of the Salvation Army, do you realize?

Never, never in my head, would I have imagined having to go there one day, ”says Christian.

For a year, from November 2011 to December 2012, he volunteered for the association, which enabled him to receive a hot lunch.

“In the evening, I went to dinner at the Restos du Coeur”.
