After a fatal accident, an amusement park in Denmark dismantles the Death Train game

Tivoli amusement park in Denmark has received the green light from the police to dismantle the Roll of Death ride, following a fatal accident in which a teenage girl died.

The director of the theme park, Henrik Ragborg-Olsen, told the dpa news agency today that the dismantling process will begin next week.

The "Cobra" death train, which has 400-meter tracks, has been suspended since the accident in July, when the last carriage suddenly separated.

A 14-year-old girl from Copenhagen was killed, and a 13-year-old boy was injured.

The game ride was involved in an accident in 2008, at which time one of the trolleys also broke off, injuring four people.
