Together with Mr. Sonoura, the two were accused of violating the Political Funds Control Law, saying that they did not list the income and expenditure of about 46 million yen in total, including the income of multiple political fund parties, in the political fund income and expenditure report for the three years until 2020. In response to this, the Tokyo Summary Court issued a summary order on the 27th of last month to the two men, the same fine as Mr. Sonoura, of 1 million yen and suspension of civil rights for 3 years.
