A runaway dog has been keeping Munich Airport busy since Monday: parts of the central avenue have already been closed twice because the six-month-old "Sammy" ran across several streets in the airport, the police said on Tuesday.
The animal is still regularly spotted at the airport, the police warn of accidents and traffic hazards.
"Sammy" is a foreign street dog who was handed over to his new owner at the airport on Monday.
He got out of his harness and ran away.
According to the police, it is unclear whether the dog is aggressive or sick.
The police advise against catching the animal on your own.
