Real estate offered at auction at knockdown prices in Essonne

The judicial court of Evry-Courcouronnes (Essonne) is organizing real estate auctions at the start of 2023.

Here are some properties that will be offered during the sale on Wednesday, January 11.

Properties occupied, others empty

On January 11, it will for example be possible to acquire an 84 m² house in Evry from 53,000 euros, a 188 m² house with a garden in Vigneux-sur-Seine priced from 120,000 euros or even a T3 in Longjumeau priced at 30,000 euros.

However, these three properties are occupied.

Among the unoccupied properties, there is a 72 m² apartment in Morsang-sur-Orge priced at 60,000 euros, a 93 m² pavilion in Mérévillois from 40,000 euros or a 67 m² apartment priced at 40,000 euros at Epinay-sous-Senart.
