January 4 is not an ordinary date for the UAE in general, and Dubai in particular.
It is a date for the start of a new phase of Dubai's march, its renaissance and its glory at the hands of the great leaders who made its glory and still are.
January 4 is an important occasion, not only to list what can be listed of the achievements of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, but more importantly to evoke the values, ideals and ethics of Mohammed bin Rashid and represent his determination, delve deeper into his school, and draw inspiration from lessons. One of his experiences, knowledge and experiences that are not similar to any experience, knowledge or experience.
January 4 is an important station in which we feel the features of the march of a great leader of the size of Mohammed bin Rashid, to say to him: Thank you, outstanding leader, inspiring leader, successful administrator, sensitive poet, caring father, knight of the Arabs, lover of horses and equestrian, lover of his country and nation, belonging to human culture With its wide vocabulary, ethics and tolerance, the glory maker of Dubai's dream.
The reasons for pride in the leadership of Mohammed bin Rashid are many, and even very many, but the most important of them is that his leadership philosophy goes beyond the theoretical framework, despite its importance from a leader with extensive experience like him, to action on the ground, as the achievements are evidence, and the milestones of the renaissance are too great to count.
Hence, we do not exaggerate if we say that the book “My Vision” by His Highness is the most important book for a global leader at all, because it provides a unique theoretical framework for leadership and wisdom in various circumstances and conditions, and at the same time it is full of applications on the ground, and extensive experiences supported by a comprehensive and visible renaissance march that does not accept doubt. .
This book has become a reference in development, excellence, leadership, and management.
There is no doubt that His Highness's unique experience in Dubai has found its way to spread its goodness to the whole country, so that the cabinet in his era becomes an example of achievement and perseverance for all federal and local institutions, within a framework of creative integration and complete harmony between the components of the "unified" house as wanted by the visionary. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him.
What attracted me during the last meeting of the Council of Ministers chaired by Mohammed bin Rashid was the achievements that were presented with complete transparency to members of the public. And its implementation, accompanied by what confirms that the march does not stop, but aspires to more, as His Highness’s assertion that our economic, social, infrastructure and digital sectors are more ready for the next stage, came to give the next stage its broad titles, in line with the aspirations of citizens and residents, and through priorities National five, namely: the national identity and its consolidation, the environment and the promotion of its sustainability, the educational system and the development of its vision, indicators and outputs, and the settlement process and its acceleration, and our international economic partnerships and their expansion. These are priorities that require a government that is the most adaptable globally thanks to the efforts of its work teams
January 4, the most precious occasion, and the date of renewal of allegiance, covenant, and loyalty to our leaders and our state, in which we renew the covenant to love a leader whose footprints are everywhere, in our streets, airports, homes, factories, farms, schools, and universities, and above all, in our human being who has reached space, and is now testing the furthest distances from our planet. For the Arabs to contribute to a creative scientific effort for the benefit of all humanity.
And also in our future, which Mohammed bin Rashid sees now, and in the glory of our country, which has become no competitor to anyone but itself.
