For our group of so-called entrepreneurial young people, we will provide entrepreneurial subsidies and employment subsidies. There are also some administrative guidance in various aspects, so I decided to stay here in Fuzhou.

　　[Explanation] As an important ancestral home of Taiwanese compatriots, Fuzhou took the lead in piloting the housing guarantee for Taiwanese compatriots who are employed and started businesses in Rong, and promoted the construction of housing projects for Taiwanese compatriots.

In July 2021, Fuzhou City issued the "Implementation Plan for Employment and Entrepreneurship of Taiwan Compatriots' Housing Guarantee Work in Rongrong (Trial)", which will allocate and distribute affordable housing to Taiwanese compatriots in stages and batches, and provide rent reduction and exemption discounts.

From January 2022 to the present, 194 Taiwanese compatriots from 135 households who are employed and starting businesses in Fuzhou have successively moved into public rental housing for Taiwanese compatriots.

Wang Tingwei is the first "building director" of an apartment for Taiwanese compatriots in Fujian Province.

Wang Tingwei told the reporter that the Taiwanese youths who live in the Taiwan compatriots' apartment trust his work very much and entrust him with the keys of the apartment.

In order to live up to this trust, Wang Tingwei rushes up and down every day, enthusiastically helping everyone move furniture, repair water pipes, and deliver deliveries.
