  If the management and operation of the assessment unit is improper, the implementation of rectification requirements is not in place after monitoring and assessment or inspections, liability accidents or damage to cultural relics occur, and the conditions for opening are no longer met, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage will notify the country or revoke the assessment results depending on the severity of the circumstances.

Those whose assessment results are revoked shall not apply again within three years.
