In addition, from December 31, 2022 to January 2, 2023, due to the influence of cold air, the temperature in Northeast China, North China and other places will drop by 4-6°C, and the local drop can reach more than 8°C.

Rain and snow occurred in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan and other places yesterday

  From 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, light snow or sleet occurred in parts of eastern Tibet, northern Sichuan plateau, northern Yunnan, Guizhou, southern Hubei, central and northern Hunan, northern Jiangxi, and southern Anhui, and moderate to heavy snow in mountainous areas. Local precipitation in Yunnan, central Guizhou, and western Hunan was 10-20 mm; freezing rain occurred locally in central and western Guizhou.

Affected by the cold air, gusts of magnitude 6 to 8 appeared in eastern Inner Mongolia and North China.

There is still rain and snow in the south

  From 08:00 on December 28 to 08:00 on December 29, northeastern Inner Mongolia, central, eastern and northern Heilongjiang, eastern Tibet, most of the Western Sichuan Plateau, northern Yunnan, Guizhou, western Hunan, southeastern Chongqing, southwestern Hubei, northern Jiangxi, Anhui There are light snow or sleet in parts of the south, western Zhejiang and other places. Among them, there are moderate or heavy snow (5-7 mm) in western Hunan, central and eastern Guizhou, and northeastern Yunnan.

There was light rain in most parts of Jiangnan, most of Southwest China, most of Guangxi, northern Guangdong, western and eastern Hainan Island, and eastern Taiwan Island. Among them, there were moderate or heavy rains in southeastern Yunnan and eastern Taiwan Island.

There are 4-5 winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia and other places.

There are 6-7 winds in parts of the southern part of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait and the East Ocean, the Bashi Channel, and the central and northern South China Sea (see Figure 1).

  From 08:00 on December 29th to 08:00 on December 30th, there was light snow or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang, northwestern and southeastern Tibet, southern Sichuan plateau, northeastern Yunnan, and central and southern Guizhou. Among them, Altay in Xinjiang and the mountainous areas in southern Xinjiang had moderate or heavy snowfall locally.

There was light rain in most parts of Jiangnan, central Sichuan Basin, most of Yunnan, southern Guizhou, northern South China, western Hainan Island, and eastern Taiwan Island. Among them, there was moderate rain locally in the eastern part of Taiwan Island.
