Chicken Tikka is diced chicken fillet marinated in yoghurt and spices.

The Pakistan-born chef then designed a creamy tomato sauce that, with ingredients such as yoghurt, cream and spices, was not too spicy for the British, according to the obituaries published by the press.

Slightly less appetizing were the reports that he simply poured a can of tomato soup and spices over the chicken.
