To this end, the mayor, Bruno Drapron issued a decree in good and due form authorizing the overflight of the sleigh pulled by the reindeer, "accompanied by a maximum of five elves for gift deposits".
Authorization all that is official on the grounds of "the imperative need that the little Saintaises and the little Saintais can take full advantage of Christmas".
Now, it remains to be seen if the sky will be clear that evening and the reindeer in good shape to accomplish their mission.
