Every semester, a special communication on these subjects will be sent to employees.

A harassment referent has also been appointed.

The company has also taken the decision to open an investigation for each report when the facts are committed internally or to report them if it is an external customer.

“We see sexist behavior almost on a daily basis.

[…] Some colleagues do not always realize that these are inappropriate things, ”explained the president of the digital center Constance de Batz, at the origin of the charter.

The decision makers hope that their approach will be emulated.

Because if the share of women is still quite low in the construction industry, their number is increasing.
