NTT Docomo announced that it had been difficult for some users in western Japan to use the Internet service of mobile phones since the morning of the 17th, but it was all restored before 1:00 pm.

This is due to communication equipment failure.

According to NTT DoCoMo, a communication failure occurred around 7:50 am on the 17th, making it difficult for some users in western Japan to use the Internet service of mobile phones.

A service called "sp mode" was affected, making it difficult to browse websites and send and receive emails.

As a result of the restoration work, the company announced that it was all restored around 0:53 pm, about 5 hours later.

We are investigating the number of affected users, etc. because the failure of communication equipment is the cause.

NTT Docomo said, ``We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers.''
