In Crépy-en-Valois (Oise), residents complain of major problems with the delivery of mail.

For several months, the anomalies would multiply, with delays of up to a month.

Some evoke a "lack of seriousness" on the part of factors or a problem at the sorting center, reports Actu Oise on Wednesday.

Problem: by collecting mail several weeks late, some residents receive reminder letters, or invoices are sent to a bailiff for non-payment.

No complaints according to Swiss Post

Many of them are therefore forced to travel to collect their mail or parcels.

Some did not hesitate to express their dissatisfaction, by filing complaints.

For its part, the Post Office ensures that it has never had any complaints.

Same observation on the side of the sorting center.

The victims, they, assure that they nevertheless spoke of the problem to agents and factors.

Even the town hall would have received a complaint for a late invoice.

However, the municipality does not have the power to act.
