Dubai Design District, the global destination for art, design and creativity, launches its upcoming winter calendar of events.
The activities of this season will continue in the Dubai Design District until January 29, in conjunction with the third edition of the “The Most Beautiful Winter in the World” campaign, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
Within the framework of the events, a huge interactive work will be launched, in which the brightest colors dance to the rhythm of the music, in cooperation with the Dubai Festivals and Retail Corporation, within the framework of the "Dubai Lights" and "Dubai Shopping Festival" activities.
Through the activities of this year's winter season, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy workshops dedicated to creativity and innovation, activities aimed at raising awareness of the importance of physical and psychological health, and the need to preserve it, and a variety of live music performances, where local artists, famous studios and the most prominent names in the world of design gather.
Those wishing to enhance their ability to focus their minds and improve their physical fitness can enjoy yoga sessions that will be organized near the innovative artwork in the center of the Dubai Design District, with two of the most prominent yoga experts.
Visitors can also enjoy a voice therapy session that is being organized for the first time, and European sound engineer Marco Zigon will combine different sounds and instruments during the hour-long session.
The events provide intensive training sessions that last for 50 minutes, to move all the muscles of the body to the rhythm of enthusiastic, loud music, for training full of energy and noticeable positive results, in addition to workshops in flower design, and through this workshop, visitors have the opportunity to prepare their own perfume, during the festive season .
The most prominent events of the winter season for this year include the opening of the fashion brand that launched from Barcelona «SVD» its new store, and this brand is preparing to open its main store in the Dubai Design District in January 2023.
This year's winter season activities kick off in the Dubai Design District with a classic outdoor music show with a modern, funky touch, near the huge artwork that adorns the center of the neighborhood this year.
The on-site choir will present a special set of remixes on December 19, through its collaboration with beatbox artist, mixologist and exceptional music producer, Beatbox Ray.
