There was light rain in parts of southern Anhui, central and southern Jiangsu, Shanghai, northeastern Jiangxi, Zhejiang, southeastern Sichuan Basin, central and western Guizhou, eastern and southern Yunnan, western Guangxi, and northeastern Hainan Island.

　　Tomorrow, there will be light to moderate snow in parts of central Inner Mongolia, northwestern Heilongjiang, northern Xinjiang and western southern Xinjiang, western Tibet, and northern Hebei.

For example, in Urumqi, Xinjiang, the temperature will continue to be sluggish today and tomorrow. The highest temperature is only minus 11°C, which is about 8°C lower than that of the same period in previous years.

The temperature in most parts of the central and eastern regions will drop by 4-8°C, and the local temperature in the northeastern region will drop by more than 12°C. Northerly winds of magnitude 4 to 5, gusts of magnitude 6 to 7, and the minimum temperature line of 0°C in the early morning of the 14th will again press southward along the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
