On the morning of the 8th, at the outbound interchange of the Do-O Expressway in Takasu-cho, Hokkaido, a sightseeing bus collided with the "fork zone" that separates the road leading to the main line and the toll gate.

Police are investigating the situation in detail, as eight people are believed to have been injured.

According to the police, at around 10:20 am on the 8th, a sightseeing bus collided with the "turning zone" at the "Asahikawa Takasu Interchange" on the way down the Hokkaido Expressway in Takasu Town.



About 25 people were on the bus, including passengers and crew, and eight of them are believed to have been injured.



Police are investigating the details.



According to the Chitose city company that operates this sightseeing bus, the bus was carrying foreign tourists from Otaru city to Furano city.
