Two Self-Defense Force officers were arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department for allegedly hiding cannabis on the streets of Shibuya Ward, Tokyo.
Two people were arrested: Sergeant Mukai, 22, who works at the Ground Self-Defense Force Asaka Garrison, and Chief Chikuhisa Yoshizumi, 23.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, on the 27th of last month, there is a suspicion that he had hidden cannabis on the streets of Shibuya Ward, Tokyo.
When police officers questioned the two, they were in possession of something like cannabis, so the Metropolitan Police Department analyzed it and found that it contained cannabis ingredients.
Police have not released the identity of the two men.
Sergeant Mukai is a wrestler and won the All Japan Championship last year.
The Ground Self-Defense Force Asaka Garrison said, "We are confirming the facts, including the facts."
