Singer Park Yuchun's former manager, A, was sued for embezzlement by the police.
Recently, Namyangju Nambu Police Station in Gyeonggi-do made a decision not to send (not charged) Mr. A, former manager of Park Yuchun and CEO of Laciello.
In June, Park Yoochun filed a complaint against Mr. A for embezzlement in her business.
Mr. A has been active as Park Yuchun's exclusive manager since the 'JYJ' period.
Even after Park Yoochun's drug use case in 2019, they founded the company together.
The contract period was until 2026.
However, from August of last year, the two began to have conflicts.
Park Yuchun claimed that he had not received the settlement, and Mr. A refuted, saying, "I settled her proceeds normally."
The police investigated this case for about 4 months and concluded that Mr. A was innocent.
However, the dispute between the two sides is expected to continue.
Mr. A also filed a lawsuit against Park Yuchun in December of last year for damages worth 600 million won.
