Earlier this week, Kate Middleton announced that the Christmas carol that will close her end-of-year concert will be chosen by the British public.
“Help us decide on the final Christmas carol for
Together at Christmas
,” the Princess of Wales asked in a Twitter post, offering a choice of three songs to decide.
To participate, nothing could be simpler: the British will only have to vote on the bird platform via the account of the
Good Morning Britain program
which manages the ballot.
Bring together
This is the second year that the future Queen of England has organized this concert, which aims, as a press release states, to "bring together members of the royal family with association staff, volunteers, front-line workers, military personnel and more to celebrate the joy that human connection can bring.”
However, the evening will also be an opportunity to pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II who died last September at the age of 96.
The event will be held in Westminster Abbey on December 15 and will be broadcast on Christmas Eve on ITV.
