In Lyon, a young boy with autism can no longer eat in his school canteen, reports France 3. Olivier, 10, is educated in the 9th arrondissement of Lyon and usually accompanied by a referent teacher within the framework of his care in the Ulis class (Localized unit for inclusive education).

His supervisor absent, the schoolboy let himself be carried away by a panic attack that his establishment could not manage.

This is the third time this has happened in two years, a period during which Olivier had already been temporarily excluded from the canteen.

A situation therefore renewed that the establishment justifies by the lack of competent staff to manage children with disabilities.
