Before Christmas, Santa Claus from Northern Europe and Finland arrived at Narita Airport for the first time in three years and interacted with children.

On the afternoon of the 2nd, Santa Claus, officially recognized by the Finnish Foundation, landed at Narita Airport.

Finnish airlines used to invite us to Japan at this time of year, but it was temporarily suspended due to the influence of the new corona, and this is our first visit in three years.

Due to the situation in Ukraine, the aircraft could not fly over Russian airspace, so the flight time was three hours longer than before. Did.

Santa Claus said, "I love Japanese people, so I'm happy to be able to come. Since Christmas is near, I want you to be a good child and cherish your compassionate heart."

In the airport lobby, I gave high fives to the children who were there and took pictures with them.

A 9-year-old girl said, "I was happy because I wanted to meet him at least once. I'm looking forward to Christmas, as the whole family will eat rice and cake and play a lot of games."

According to the airline, Santa Claus will stay in Japan for 2 to 5 days, visit welfare facilities, etc., and then return to Finland for Christmas preparations.
