In an interview granted to "Gala" on Wednesday November 30, Thomas Dutronc gave not very reassuring news about the state of health of Françoise Hardy, suffering from cancer of the pharynx.

The singer, on tour throughout France with his father Jacques, explained that his mother felt "too tired" to come see them on stage.

Françoise Hardy's state of health is not improving.

The 78-year-old singer, who has been battling a second pharyngeal cancer since 2019, is said to be exhausted.

This is what his son Thomas Dutronc said in a new interview for the magazine

Gala.

"She feels too tired"

On an exceptional tour throughout France with his father Jacques Dutronc, the singer explained that Françoise Hardy unfortunately could not come and applaud them.

"She will not come. She is afraid to go out. She feels too tired. It's complicated", confides Thomas Dutronc in the columns of

Gala.

The interpreter of

J'aime plus Paris

remains in contact with her mother all the time.

"We send a lot of little messages, all day," he explains.

“His cancer is in remission”

The son of Jacques Dutronc had already mentioned the illness of Françoise Hardy in the columns of

Ciné Télé Revue,

last November.

"Her state of health is fragile. As a precaution, she preferred not to go out, even at the spinning to which I had invited her. It's a shame, but she looks on the Internet. . Finally it's fine. No, his quality of life is really not terrible, but his cancer is in remission", he had said.

One thing is certain: in her fight against the disease, Françoise Hardy can count on the unwavering support of her son Thomas.
