This is also the fourth project in Yangzhou to be included in the Representative List of Human Intangible Cultural Heritage after Guqin, woodblock printing, and paper-cutting.

  Yangzhou is not only the first "Hometown of Huaiyang Cuisine" in China, but also the fourth "Gourmet Capital of the World" recognized by UNESCO in China.

After several generations of unremitting efforts, Fuchun Tea House, a time-honored Chinese brand, is well-known both at home and abroad for its unique operating characteristics and corporate culture.

It is made of Kuizhen from Anhui, Longjing from Zhejiang, and Zhulan grown by Fuchun. The first three characters of Kuizhen, Longjing, and Zhulan are combined into "Kuilongzhu", because the three teas come from Anhui respectively. , Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, so there is a saying that "one pot of water boils tea from three provinces".
