The cultivation of intelligent teachers is the A process of integrating pre-service education and post-service education.

  According to Chen Shijian, teacher growth is divided into stages such as pre-service education, entry education, and post-service education.

The pre-employment education stage should lay a foundation in comprehensive literacy courses, university professional courses, education professional courses, information technology courses, practical training courses, self-learning courses, etc. The training of practical reflection and accumulation of experience; in post-service education, intelligent teachers need to have the ability of educational innovation and exploration.
