A Japanese confectionery store in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture sells "Soccer Karukan", a famous sweet of Kagoshima, "Karukan" printed with a soccer ball pattern, in conjunction with the soccer World Cup, raising the cheering mood.

A Japanese confectionery shop in Kanoya City started selling "Soccer Karukan" from November 18th before the opening of the soccer world cup.

Karukan, a traditional Japanese confectionery from Kagoshima, has a soccer ball pattern printed on its white surface.

The owner, Takashi Osako, was a member of the soccer club when he was a student, and he opened the shop in 2002, the year of the Japan-Korea tournament.
