The huge dish was made from 10 tons of avocado with onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, lime and cilantro.

The dish is part of the "2022 Avocado Expo" event held in Periban, and the event was broadcast live to Guinness officials who were unable to attend, but confirmed the new record.

For his part, the mayor of the town, Alfredo Arroyo, said: "We have achieved a difficult goal of collecting what is required to make more than 4 tons of" guacamole ", in addition to the preparation, and it is amazing to finish it so quickly."
