German pediatrician, Professor Hans-Jurgen Nintfech, explained that "the symptoms of concussion in children are headache, neck pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, blurred vision, and balance problems."

For younger children, symptoms appear in the form of drowsiness and unwillingness to play or eat or drink, indicating that brain concussion is a common injury among children due to their frequent exposure to falls while playing and having fun.

A doctor should be consulted when noticing these symptoms, especially in the event of worsening headaches, loss of consciousness, or changes in behavior or mental state of the child.

In any case, the child should adhere to bed rest for a few days and avoid any physical activities. Reading and watching television should be avoided until the condition improves.

Trouble such as headache and nausea can be relieved by analgesics containing "paracetamol" or "ibuprofen", while vomiting can be counteracted by drinking fluids and electrolytes.
