After almost two years, Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde's love is over.

As confidants told People magazine, Hollywood's beautiful couple are going their separate ways again.

The reason for the rather abrupt separation is said to be different “priorities”.

Styles is on the road for his tour, while Wilde is staying in Los Angeles because of her children Otis and Daisy, aged eight and six.

The twenty-eight-year-old and the thirty-eight-year-old fell in love while filming the thriller Don't Worry Darling.

The fact that Wilde, who directed the production and starred alongside her leading actor Styles, was then engaged to actor Jason Sudeikis ("Ted Lasso") caused tension on the set.

Even the fact that her leading actress Florence Pugh Styles is said to have become romantically close off camera did not improve the working atmosphere.

“Public pressure was difficult.

Olivia and Harry have had ups and downs in their relationship," a friend told People.

Styles, a former singer in boy band One Direction and a Grammy-winning songwriter for "Watermelon Sugar," meanwhile held back from commenting on the breakup.

Wilde, who is now arguing with Sudeikis about custody of their children, did not comment either.
