There are no injuries, but Keisei Electric Railway has suspended operation in some sections due to this accident.
At 10:21 am on the 17th, part of the 8-car forwarding train derailed on the premises of Keisei Takasago Station of Keisei Electric Railway in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo.
The train derailed when it was about to enter the garage after arriving at Keisei Takasago Station, the terminal station, at around 10:10 am, and the driver was not injured. I mean, it didn't.
At the place where the derailment occurred, there is a "point" to switch tracks, and Keisei Electric Railway is investigating the cause in detail.
Due to this accident, the
▽ Keisei Electric Railway Keisei Line and
▽ Narita Sky Access Line have
suspended operation in some sections, and access to Haneda Airport and Narita Airport has been affected.
Keisei Electric Railway is proceeding with restoration work, but at the moment there is no prospect of resuming operation.
