51 various events took place in the “Reading Box” edition for this year, which concluded its activities, and was divided between reading sessions, panel discussions, and creative and interactive workshops, which managed to attract 2,753 visitors from all over the country, representing different age groups and nationalities, including 42 people of determination. This confirms the importance of the initiative program, which comes as part of Dubai Culture's efforts to encourage reading and make it a daily culture, based on the Authority's commitment to supporting the National Reading Strategy 2016-2026 aimed at consolidating cultural values ​​in society and supporting all aspects of culture, including the arts. etiquette.

The events that were held in the "Central Galleria in Mirdif City Center" over the course of 10 days witnessed the participation of 1264 creators, who all illuminated the local cultural scene and its richness and presence on the ground, which raised the audience's satisfaction with the activities that achieved 94% on the happiness index, reflecting the uniqueness of the initiative that supports public library programs in Dubai, aimed at enriching the intellectual stock of all segments of society, thanks to the diversity of knowledge, education and entertainment it offers.

At a time when the “Reading Box” competition witnessed the participation of 347 visitors, the last version of the box appeared to the public, carrying in its quiver 11 recent books, some of which were published in Arabic and others in English, belonging to all kinds of literature and knowledge, while the activities witnessed the presence of a group of Emirati writers and writers. At the head of them are the writer Ali Abu Al-Rish, the poet Ahmed Al-Assam, the poet Maryam Al-Zarouni, Amira Boukadra, Bodour Al-Budour, Afraa Al-Banna, the journalist Safia Al-Shehhi, the researcher Salem Hilal, the artist Ali Al-Abdan, and other writers who presented to the public the juices of their experiences in writing, authoring, and criticism.
