• On the night of December 15 to 16, 2020, Delphine Jubillar, a mother, disappeared from her home in Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn.

  • Since June 18, 2021, her husband, Cédric Jubillar, has been indicted and imprisoned for the murder of the nurse.

  • This December 13 in the evening, a reconstitution will take place at the couple's home at the request of the lawyers of the main suspect who want to "know against which scenario we must defend ourselves".

What happened on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020 at the marital home of Delphine and Cédric Jubillar in Cagnac-les-Mines, in the Tarn.

This question is at the heart of the investigation opened in the context of the disappearance of the 33-year-old nurse which led on June 18, 2021 to the indictment and imprisonment of her husband for "murder".

For several weeks, the latter's lawyers had been asking the two investigating judges for a reconstruction of the evening.

A time mentioned for November 9, it will finally take place on December 13 in the evening revealed

La Dépêche

, almost two years after the facts.

“We asked because we would like to know the prosecution's scenario.

Sometimes we are told that it happened outside, that the neighbor heard screams, sometimes in the living room of the house.

Did the assault take place indoors or outdoors?

We are told that Cédric Jubillar moved the body, sometimes in the couple's car, sometimes in that of a friend who lives two kilometers away.

We will have to know what scenario we are defending ourselves against, ”explains Emmanuelle Franck, one of the three lawyers for the main suspect contacted by

No traces of blood found

For this rather special moment in the investigation, Cédric Jubillar will be taken out of the Seysses remand center where he has been in solitary confinement for seventeen months.

But as he has always denied having killed the mother of his children, it is a "plastron", a policeman or gendarme acting as an actor, who should play the scene of the crime.

Since his arrest, the investigators have evoked serious and concordant indications against him, supporting the thesis of a violent argument between the husband and the wife in the process of separation.

It would have ended in the death of Delphine Jubillar, whose body has never been found.

Cédric Jubillar has always denied having killed her, indicating that she had left the house taking her cell phone.

The phone turned on while the gendarmes are at the couple's home

Since then, telephony analyzes have shown that this mobile, Huawei P30 Pro, would not have moved from the neighborhood where the couple lived.

The nurse would have sent a last message to her lover at 10:58 p.m.

But before its final extinction at 7:48 a.m., it would have been reactivated several times during the night.

Including once at 6:52 a.m., when the gendarmes were at the couple's home to the gendarmes after Cédric Jubillar reported the disappearance of his wife.

Did the latter take advantage of the absence of the soldiers who went around the house to use it?

This thesis, his lawyers refute.

"He was the one who called the cops.

In all the analyzes that have been carried out, we find no traces of Delphine Jubillar's blood, ”recalls Me Emmanuelle Franck who regularly insists that “the file is empty” and that the accusation focused only on the husband.

A conflicted separation

A husband whose behavior contributed to confirming the conviction of the investigators.

Before his wife's disappearance, he repeatedly indicated that he wanted to kill her and bury her, including with her mother.

The couple was in the process of separation and Cédric Jubillar monitored the social networks of his companion, peeled his bank account statements in search of clues to a possible adventure.

The morning of her disappearance, the mother of the family had gone to her bank branch to change the access code to her account, as well as those of the booklets of the couple's two children.

Often faced with difficulties, Cédric Jubillar regularly drew sums from it, before repaying them.

Enough to fuel the suspicions that weigh against the plasterer.

His lawyers still hope to see the case take another turn and will, over the next few days, make new requests for acts to support the thesis of their client's innocence.
