Gold, jewelry, electronics

Among them in particular, fourteen platinum ingots of one kilo each.

They had been discovered in the luggage of two travellers.

But also many gold objects, such as coins with the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II dated 1966, Napoleon III coins from 1854, a Mexican peso from 1945, Louis XVIII coins from 1817 and even coins from 20 dollars from 1883.

Several objects seized in airports will also be offered for sale: laptop, perfumes, bags and designer shoes, but also a luxury Rolex watch set with rubies, priced at 15,000 euros.

A batch of rough diamonds, including one of 197.95 carats, will be on sale from 30,000 euros.

But don't worry, some lots will be much more accessible with auctions from 50 euros, to which must be added 11% selling costs.

A sale on the Internet

Some lots will be reserved for professionals.

This is particularly the case for 216 bottles of Bacardi Gray Goose vodka.

The starting price for these three and a half pallets starts at 10,000 euros.

They can only be acquired by a single warehouse keeper.

Some vehicles will be reserved for mechanics.

A few exceptions remain, such as a Volkswagen Golf used in a go fast offered at 15,000 euros.

More than 1,200 people have already registered for this sale, which can be followed on the Internet.

In total, the bids would raise 700,000 euros.

Les Domaines - the public service responsible for selling movable and immovable property on behalf of the State - hope to raise one million euros.
