The Emirati novelist and writer Ali Abu Al-Rish stressed that the Emirati cultural voice will continue to keep pace with the economic capabilities of the United Arab Emirates and its political sophistication, stressing that the UAE has not only risen culturally now, but the culture has been rooted in it since ancient times.

Abu Al-Rish was proud of the Emirati writers during his speech in an episode entitled “The Cultural Scene in the Emirates”, within the “Library Dialogue” program organized by the Emirates Heritage Club - Zayed Center for Studies and Research, saying that they were able to keep pace with the human cultural process, and that their quality is no less than the book of the world, He praised the young writers, especially women, and said that they are of a high level of artistic ability, calling for more media exposure to be shed on their experiences and capabilities.

Abu Al-Rish stressed that the UAE was able, thanks to the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace, to occupy a high position on the international map, not only at the political and economic levels, but also at the cultural level, noting the cultural impact of Sheikh Zayed in more from an Arab capital.

He said that the UAE was able to make culture a living being that lives among us, and exercises its effective power in shaping and formulating the Emirati and Arab mentality in general, noting that it has not been confined to its geography, as a result of the Emirati human being distinguished by the breadth of awareness he gained from experience and experience, where his love and passion were Communication is instinctive.

Speaking about creativity between the past and the present, he said that heritage means the past that drives development, and that it is not possible to reach the future without arming with powerful past tools capable of withstanding human changes, stressing that the writer will not be able to reach the global except by starting from the local.

Abu Al-Rish stressed that there are great responsibilities that lie on the shoulders of the Emirati intellectual, and they must be paid attention to, stressing the importance of the Emirati writer being aware that the culture of the UAE is the basis for dialogue with the other, adding: "The other will not respect us if we go to him naked without culture."

Abul-Rish called for attention to libraries and making them easily accessible, calling at the same time to address the negative effects of social networking sites.
