Gwyneth Paltrow simply feels "liberated" by her arrival in her fifties.

While the actress and wellness mogul has barely entered the new decade, changes are already being felt in her mindset;

as she told the assembled audience at a Goop event last Sunday in Santa Monica.

I used to pay so much attention to what people thought of me.

A transition that had not seemed so smooth to the star when she entered her forties.

The sinking of quarantine

"When I turned 40, it was a shipwreck," dramatized Gwyneth Paltrow.

“I really was having a little midlife crisis.

I was also aware that I was in the middle of a big transition.

I knew I wanted to end a marriage (with Chris Martin, in 2016) and I knew I wanted to return to the United States.

So there were a lot of things that bothered me.

Since then, Gwyneth Paltrow has flourished professionally with Goop, a brand whose success is undeniable.

And she found love again in the person of Brad Falchuk, with whom she has been married since 2018.

This is also why she is able to enter her fifties with so much serenity!
