Cardi B does not back down from any fight, including in court.

, arrived at the bar and as usual, she went there with her outspokenness.

The man who forced her to a new trial, Kevin Brophy, says he was very upset by the use of his tattoo on a man's back that appears on the album cover.

The image shows Cardi B drinking a beer from the neck while a man has his face between her legs.

Kevin Brophy says he was "devastated, humiliated and embarrassed" by this scenario.

But during the trial, Cardi B totally refused to hear the arguments of the plaintiff's lawyer, accusing him in turn of "harassing" her.

“You don't care if I take the blanket off.

All you do is harass me, to win $ 5 million, “she launched, as relayed by Billboard.

Hubbub

According to the media, the star and Kevin Brophy's lawyer, A. Barry Cappello (yes, Master Cappello, so…), spent part of the hearing yelling at each other, so much so that the judge in in charge of the case had to get the jurors out before restoring calm.

The situation degenerated so much that the judge threatened to cancel the trial, considering that Barry Cappello had "exceeded the limits".

Cardi B also defended herself by saying that the man in the image looks nothing like Kevin Brophy, so there's no way he was affected by the image.

"He's a black guy, with hair, who is well done," she said to her accuser, white and with a shaved head.

“It's not Mr. Brophy's back.

Doesn't look like Mr. Brophy at all.

There wasn't a single receipt he provided to the court claiming 'Hey, that's you on Cardi's mixtape,'” she added.
