According to the forecast of the Central Meteorological Observatory, from 8:00 on the 16th to 6:00 on the 17th, affected by the cold air, there were gusts of magnitude 7 to 8 in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, central Heilongjiang, western Jilin, northwestern Hebei, and northern Shandong, with a local level of 9.
