Beneficiaries do not have to do anything.

They will receive the amount by transfer, directly to their bank account.

To receive the additional 50 euros, retirees with a child to support must notify their regional pension fund by attaching a copy of their family record book, as well as a sworn statement.

The exceptional back-to-school allowance is included in the law of 16 August 2022 on emergency measures for the protection of purchasing power.

The various measures concern some 11 million low-income households.

In addition to Aspa beneficiaries, those who received social minima in June 2022, such as Active Solidarity Income (RSA), Disabled Adult Allowance (AAH) or Personalized Housing Assistance (APL) are also concerned. by this exceptional back-to-school bonus.

Scholarship students and working people receiving the activity bonus can also benefit from aid.

If the beneficiaries of the APL must already have received the aid, the assets who receive an activity bonus will wait until November 15.
