A page specialized in real estate marketing in Egypt, published an advertisement on Facebook for the sale of the house of the late artist Samir Sabry, including furniture, at a value of 3.5 million pounds.

Since the death of the Egyptian artist Samir Sabry, last May 20 at the age of 85, various news have been raised about wide differences between his heirs, and press reports have addressed those differences in recent days.

The ad carried a set of pictures of the late artist's apartment, which has an area of 200 meters and is registered in the real estate registry with a share of the land and the garage, offered for sale at a price of 3.5 million Egyptian pounds, including furniture and appliances.

The announcement sparked widespread controversy that renewed talk of a possible dispute between the heirs.

But the two owners of the house, Nelly and Laila, the late artist's aunt's daughters, quickly denied this completely.

They said that they were surprised by the announcement, and they did not know who published it, and they wondered how someone publishes such an announcement and they are the current owners of the house.

The apartment mentioned in the advertisement was owned by the late artist Samir Sabry, before he gave it up about ten years ago to his two aunts (Nelly and Laila).

It is reported that both Leila and Nelly were caring for the late artist before his death, and cared about all the details of his life, even his food and drink, and he always described them as his "daughter sisters".
