These fruits are part of the basic diet of plantigrades, in the same way as buckthorn or wild raspberries.

This omnivore spends a large part of its day in search of food and in 80% of cases opt for tree bark, roots, but also nuts or acorns.



But meat remains a component of his diet, sometimes he takes what he needs from carrion.

Before hibernation, it will build up fat stores to hold on.
