A security device around the castle of the new “Star Academy”

Ten years after the end of the show, the "Star Academy" will make its comeback on TF1 next Saturday.

The candidates of this new version of the musical program will be welcomed, as in 2001, at the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys, in Seine-et-Marne.

For the occasion, a security device has been put in place on the spot, as explained by the president of EndemolShine France, Jean-Louis Blot, at La République de Seine-et-Marne.

Even if the production of the “Star Academy” does not expect as large an influx as at the launch of the show, it will still make it a point of honor to secure the site.

A service will be dedicated to this mission around the castle of Vives-Eaux.

Municipal police mobilized

On the other hand, the municipal police of Dammarie-les-Lys will be asked to carry out surveillance outside the broadcasts.

Our colleagues specify that a video protection system was deployed in 2018 after the intrusion of two people into the 18th century building.

will perform every Saturday evening alongside great artists, before a final scheduled for November 26.
