A "ferocious" turkeys gang was sentenced to death... Its partner in crime is an ordinary rooster

A man was viciously attacked by a gang of turkeys, which led to the victim's broken hips, in addition to various bruises.

The attack took place in the Canadian province of British Columbia last July, when a Royal Canadian Mounted Police assistant was doing a health check on the man at a home in Celesta.

When the police arrived at the address, they found a man with several fractures after being attacked by these huge birds.

The gang of turkeys with which a normal rooster was involved in the attack left the man in tatters, as by the time authorities arrived at the scene, the victim had already received medical attention with his injuries including broken hips, a broken finger and several cuts.

The Daily Star reported that the birds in question had recently received the "death penalty for their crimes," according to what it quoted the police officer as Sergeant Barry Kennedy.

Two dogs were executed for the same reasons in a family tragedy that took place several weeks ago, when two pitbull dogs killed two children, while their mother was left with severe injuries.

Kristi Jane Benard's five-month-old son and two-year-old daughter were the victim of a fatal attack by what they thought were the family's pet dogs.

Benard, 30, tried to wrestle two dogs for 10 minutes to save her children, in the incident that occurred at the family's home in Shelby County, Tennessee, USA.

The two dogs were later executed by the police.
