The trial of a doctor for “a severe insult to an Egyptian man”

The lawsuit was filed, according to Al-Arabiya.net, attorney Ashraf Nagy, who stated that the statements incite the demolition of the Egyptian family and incite non-marriage and stability, and spread false news about the Egyptian society, after portraying it as a perverted society in which immorality and immorality spread, and this caused great resentment. Nagy relies on Article (80D) of the Egyptian Penal Code, punishable by imprisonment for a period of not less than six months and not exceeding five years and a fine of not less than 100 pounds and not exceeding 500 pounds, or either of these two penalties, every Egyptian who deliberately broadcasts news, statements or False rumors about the internal situation of the country.


Qutb's statements included that "the Egyptian husband is convinced that if he is affectionate towards his wife, she will change on him, pointing out that everything that the Egyptian husband promises to his wife before marriage changes and differs, saying:"

The plaintiff also referred to the doctor’s statement in her statements, that she does not see that the Egyptian husband is kind or affectionate, explaining the text and irony: “The Egyptian man is not nice except in the forbidden, except for those who have mercy on my Lord.”
