In a case in which the director of the foundation and the examination committee who created the problem were arrested for leaking the contents of the question of the national examination for judo therapists held this year, the committee member attended a meeting to discuss the examination question, and without permission Interviews with investigative officials revealed that there was a suspicion that the recording was being made.

Hiroyuki Mitsuhashi (64), director of the Judo Therapy Training and Examination Foundation, and Takeo Kuroda (62), the examiner who was in charge of preparing the exam questions, were interviewed at the national judoka training held in March this year. He is suspected of violating the Judo Rehabilitation Teachers Law by leaking the contents of the exam questions to a teacher at a vocational school where the director serves as a lecturer in February of the previous month.

Subsequent investigations revealed that the committee member attended a meeting to discuss the overall content of the exam questions in September last year, and when another committee member read out the question proposal, it was suspected that he had recorded it on his mobile phone without permission. I learned this from interviews with investigators.

It is believed that the director heard the content from the committee and emailed it to the teacher at the vocational school where he worked.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating in detail the suspicion that information on exam questions was leaked to several other vocational schools.

Police have not released the identity of the two men.
