On the night of the 6th, at a railroad crossing on the Kintetsu Nagoya Line in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, there was an accident in which a limited express train and a light passenger car collided, and one man who was driving the car died.

No passengers on the train were injured, and police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.

At around 8:10 pm on the 6th, a 6-car express train bound for Osaka Namba and a light passenger car collided at a railroad crossing on the Kintetsu Nagoya Line in Isoyama, Suzuka City.



According to police, one man who was driving a mini passenger car died in this accident.

None of the 130 passengers and crew on board the train was injured.



The scene is a railroad crossing near Isoyama Station on the Kintetsu Nagoya Line with a barrier and an alarm, and the police are investigating the circumstances of the accident in detail.



Due to this accident, the Kintetsu Nagoya Line suspended operation for about 3 hours on the up line between Yokkaichi Station and Ise Nakagawa Station in Mie Prefecture, and all day on the 6th on the down line.
