Recently, with the arrival of autumn, the surface of Chaka Salt Lake on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is like a natural mirror, reflecting the beautiful sky and the snow-capped mountains in the distance, forming a scene of water and sky.
Chaka Salt Lake is located in Chaka Town, Wulan County, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, in the Qaidam Basin.
The lake is about 3,100 meters above sea level and covers an area of 105 square kilometers.
