He explained that his wife began asking him not to go out a lot with his friends and did not want him to visit his family, and she asked him for things that were difficult for him to implement, and she remained in this state until she had an abortion and lost the fetus, which led to the unbearable exacerbation of marital problems, and at that time the He was chosen by the employer on a mission to work outside the country, and considered it an opportunity to move away to contain family disputes, but he was surprised by his wife asking him for a divorce.

(Youssef) indicated that the sharpness of the differences reached its climax, and all efforts to reconcile and restore things to their previous era failed, and marital problems ended in divorce, and in 2019 his ex-wife asked for legal alimony and the matter was transferred to the court to decide on it, explaining that at that time he was outside the state in A work assignment, and when he returned, it became clear that the legal alimony had accumulated on him, amounting to 177,519 dirhams, and thus he was unable to manage the amount.

He added that the other problem was a rental issue, pointing out that he was renting an apartment near the house of his ex-wife's family based on the desire of his ex-wife, and while he was traveling on a work assignment, his ex-wife stayed in the apartment until the end of the lease contract, and did not renew the lease contract, which led to the accumulation of rental installments, Upon his return, he discovered the existence of rent installments, which coincided with his passing through special circumstances that forced him to terminate his services from work, and thus he was unable to pay the rent amounts accumulated by him.

(Youssef) said that the owner of the dwelling resorted to legal procedures, and a ruling was issued to pay 188,363 dirhams of rental arrears, and when he failed to find the amount, he was imprisoned and became an inmate in the penal and correctional institution in Dubai, pending the financial cases resulting from him in the amount of 365,882 dirhams.

He added that a debt settlement was made and the amount was reduced to 218,363 dirhams, to obtain his freedom and return to his life again. Without it.
